The Realization Between Self - Esteem and Low Self - Esteem

Self esteem is the dissimilarity between feeling inevitable and feeling scared. How you perceive your self image has an extreme effect on how others recognize you. The more confident you are the more successful you are. Self esteem is very important in almost every area of our lives, yet so many people have difficulty maintaining it. When you lack self esteem, you are less likely to achieve success in goals that you set.

Imagine a sales person is convincing you to buy their products however this sales person doesn't have self esteem. Would you buy their products? On the other hand, you might be persuaded by someone who talks confidently about their product and can answer questions right away.

Your level of self esteem can be shown in many ways: behavior, posture, body language, handling conversations and more. Here are some comparisons of people who have confidence and people who are associated with low self esteem to help you gauge your confidence level:

Self - Confident

- Do not worry much and are willing to take risks to achieve success.

- Accepts constructive criticism.

- Accepts own mistakes, apologize to those who are hurt and learn from it.

- Pleased when efforts are recognized.

- Strives to learn more.

Low Self - Esteem

- Gives up when thrown overboard.

- Base their decisions on other people's idea.

- Do not accept failure and change.

- Play it safe.

- Waiting for others to notice your effort.

- A worrier.

In general, people who trust themselves manifest positivity and people who have low self esteem are full of negativity.

There are many factors that influence self esteem and you can show this physically and mentally when you:

- Dress sharply.

- Smile.

- Walk smartly.

- Carry yourself with good posture.

- Speak proactively.

- Always show gratitude.

- Compliment other people.

- Sit in the front row.

Self esteem is about balance, there are people who have low self confidence and on the other hand there are people who have high self confidence level. If you don't trust yourself, you may be avoiding mistakes and may forget about learning at all. If you are too confident, you can over estimate your capabilities and may crash badly.

Self esteem may be developed through learning and experiences and if you practice more you may get the right balance. It is how you can find your true capabilities and apply it to your success. When you know how to handle situations that call self confidence, it may be the sign that you know how to balance it.

Awaken Your Creativity And Innovation

Being creative is in our blood, sometimes though we choose to be lazy about it. With the TV making sure that we have even less imagination to run our lives, and all the pre-made visuals we see everyday tuning our minds to just be content on what is already there, being creative have been shelved and we are too preoccupied to see it

Well that is rather the point of all the things that the media does but in any case, it's still not the end. If you are one of those who don't have an ounce of creativity and innovation left inside you then maybe it's time to awaken your mind.

Being creative is always connected with how people think outside the box. If you haven't heard of that phrase then let us enlighten you.

Thinking outside the box is that moment when you stop thinking of what you see in front of you but in general what you have around you. It's like drawing a ball, if you were given a task to draw something beautiful, with the ball as your object, what do you do if your life depends on it?

Make something beautiful with the object and what surrounds the object is a good start.

What is being pointed out is that if you were given some task, you make sure that you do the task but adding more to it as well. If you were told to prepare dinner, make something that will be amazing.

People who thinks beyond what is asked of them is quite few nowadays but it's a personality that will bring you to places. You have to have that certain potential to be someone else rather than what society wants you to be. It's a simple idea that if you get older then you also get better, if you were the person you are still ten years ago then there is a problem within you and you need to get it fixed.

There are so many ways that you can awaken the potential within you and all you have to do is get up and do something. May it be little things like learning an art or learning an instrument, or maybe it's just being better at what you currently are doing, so long as you make it a point that you become a better person tomorrow than you were today. It's not going to be easy but as with everything in this world, nothing is.

Stop getting garbage in your head, read books if you can, travel to places if you can and most of all stop your whining and get up from that couch, watching TV won't get you anywhere.

Profit From Your Knowledge

The Internet today is vast. If you're not careful you can be devoured by the world wide web. With so much information, it can be hard to maneuver about. We all have a message to get across and information to share. The Internet is a fantastic tool to accomplish that, but with millions of resources, how can you get your message across?

There are resources and platforms that offer an ideal solution for creating online courses and making money by sharing your knowledge with others. When you have knowledge you know others want and need why not get this information down and into your own profitable online course?

Whether you want to teach others how to cook, do yoga, format an e-book, you can do this via an online course platform.

Today's generation lives online. There is an incredible opportunity for you to get your course out there. The Internet offers you the opportunity to reach a global "classroom" of learners and make money online by sharing your knowledge.

Now anyone can make money teaching what they love. If you have many interests then you could have a whole range of courses in many different subjects. You don't have to stay within one niche area. Your knowledge might vary from portrait photography to personal development to playing rock guitar. Whatever your passion is, you can succeed with it.. The wonderful thing also is that there is no need to have your own website or build a list if you don't want to, as your course can be uploaded to a training platform.

All of us have knowledge of some sort that we could teach that would be of great benefit to others. Don't think you have? Think again. Look to your hobbies and interests. What do you like to do or are passionate about?

Is it golf, power kites, art or craft of some kind, or do you make the most delicious chocolates or homemade cookies or bread?

What do you do for a job? Or a past job? Does it or did it involve using PowerPoint or other applications that you are brilliant at? Excel and Wordpress are very popular subjects too.

Really think about the skills that you have learned in both your past and present job. Even if you don't particularly like the job that you are in, you can always turn your knowledge from that job into a great course, whether you are a whizz at using Microsoft Excel, or PowerPoint or you might work in customer services, the fact is you have knowledge that people want, and will pay you for.?

Really think about this and sit down with a pen and notebook and brainstorm some ideas. Whatever your knowledge, there are people out there all over the world who are willing to pay you for your skills.

Online training is becoming more and more popular. It is a convenient way to learn. People don't need to leave the comfort of their own homes these days thanks to online learning. Distance is not an issue. It doesn't matter if you live in the USA and your students are in Australia, the UK, Holland or anywhere else. Online training is a very popular method of delivery, as it enables people all over the world access to their courses 24/7.

So, go grab a coffee, take some time away for yourself for half an hour, get that notebook, or laptop, and start getting those ideas down right now regarding the types of courses that you can produce based on your skills, knowledge, experience or hobbies. There is a course - or many courses - inside of you waiting go get out!. Get brainstorming those ideas. 3 Tips On Creating Happiness In Your Life

You can add more happiness and light to your life by doing some small, simple acts everyday. Though small and simple, these acts will improve your outlook and make your life more enjoyable. Even when under pressure and strain, or in the midst of problems and difficulties, there are many seemingly insignificant actions that can help improve the way you feel.

Below are 3 basic things that will help improve the quality of contentment in your life.

Be satisfied and appreciative of what you have.

Envy and the desire for things you don't have is one of the major causes of unhappiness. How does money relate to life-satisfaction? It's not supposed to be how much we have, but our perception of what we have. Our expectations and perception are major factors in our level of satisfaction. Sadly, it is possible to never be satisfied despite countless accomplishments, possessions, and opportunities. If you want to amplify your happiness, learn to appreciate the little things, and be grateful for what you have. You may not realize it, but you DO have a lot of things which other people will die to have - so the secret lies in being happy with what you are blessed with.

Don't drown yourself in sorrow and disappointment.

When something goes wrong try to figure out a solution instead of wallowing in self-pity. Truly happy people don't allow setbacks to affect their mood because they know that with a little thought they can turn the circumstances back to their favor. Finding the humor in situations can also lead to happiness. While there are times that require you to be serious, when it is appropriate, find a way to make light of a situation that would otherwise make you unhappy.

Surround yourself with true friends.

Building strong personal relationships should be one of your highest priorities. Connecting with someone in a meaningful way provides rewards on many levels. Having someone there for you when you need to vent is just one of them. If you are there for them when they need a shoulder to lean on, then chances are they will help you through your tough times. Rather than looking at you as weak, the opportunity to help you, will build trust in the relationship. You will be seen as someone who isn't afraid to let down their guard and show their true self. We are social creatures, with a wide range of emotions. Sharing what you really think will give you a chance to listen to another point of view. Usually when a friend shares their perspective, situations seem less daunting. If you have a friend with a good sense of humor, all the better.

Build a social circle of positive people. The uplifting spirit is contagious. Surrounded by people who see opportunities, rather than difficult times, is a sure way to change your perspective. Surround yourself with happy people who will lift you up -simply because happiness is infectious.

Five Things You Must Do To Make A Stress-Free Move

Moving is a big job that takes a lot of time and preparation. Your goal is to, with the help of your local movers, get all of your belongings safely to your new home. I'm going to share with you five lessons I've learned from moving.

 Start Early

One lesson from moving I've learned is to start packing early. With the exception of the things you use regularly, such as your kitchen appliances, toiletries, and seasonal clothing, you should get started on your packing at least six weeks before you plan to move. Set aside a set of dishware and cutlery, along with a few glasses, and get started packing up your kitchen. Because the majority of your kitchen items are fragile and need to be wrapped before boxing, this is not a job you want to save for the last minute.

 Get Rid Of Junk

Another lesson I've learned from moving is that having to unpack and deal with a bunch of unwanted stuff is a waste of time and effort. Don't bother packing anything that you don't want; your moving company most likely offers junk removal as well as moving services. Rather than having to deal with the stuff that is broken or that you no longer need when you get to your new home, junk hauling frees you from having to worry with unwanted items.

 Label Your Boxes

Efficiently

The third lesson I've learned from moving is that hand writing labels for boxes or writing the contents on the outside of the box wastes a lot of time. In addition, it is more difficult for your movers to figure out where each box goes if they have to stop and read the labels. A color coded and numbered system of labels is much more efficient. Designate a different color label for each room of your home, put a number on the labels, and affix the labels to all four sides of each box. The movers can see instantly where to put each box, saving both them and you a lot of time.

Maintain A Master List Of Inventory

Another important lesson I've learned from moving is to keep a master list of inventory of the boxes. Rather than writing the contents on the box, keep inventory sheets on each box and place them in a binder or folder. When you get to your new home, you can check the list to see which boxes need to be opened first. Since they're color coded, the boxes should be in the correct rooms; you just need to check the number to quickly locate the necessary boxes.

 Keep Parts Together

The fifth lesson I've learned from moving is to keep all parts of your appliances, furniture, etc. together. For example, keep your printer cord with your printer when you pack it, and keep your connecting cables with the components they go with. While putting all of your cords in one box may seem like a good idea, not keeping them with the components they belong to could leave you digging frantically through boxes trying to find the right cord, or trying to figure out which cord goes with which item.

3 Tips For Staying Positive Everyday

How do you stay positive everyday? If you have an Internet business you are not going to make money unless you stay positive and get the job done. I have never been one that has real high ups and real low downs. For the most part if I get enough quality sleep I stay pretty positive everyday.

I understand this is not the case for everybody though. This got me to thinking about how I stay positive and how really simple it is to do for me.

Maybe that could be the case for you as well.

Here are 3 things that make a difference for me and they do not include ready my goals everyday, reading self help books, and so on. If that helps you by all means do it.

 1. Daily to do list. I find when I write things down that I want to accomplish everyday, and mark them off my list as I complete them, it does wonder for my attitude.

It is really liberating and invigorating to accomplish things and see them magically disappear off of your list. Of course you have to do the work, but when you have a positive attitude accomplishing things on daily basis is really easy to do.

These could be both personal or business items that need to be done. As a matter of fact by all means list anything you want to accomplish that can be done in one day.

Take a look at your list and prioritize those. Get busy completing them. Mark them off as you do complete them, and at the end of the day you will feel great!

 2. Take 1-2 walks of 30-60 minutes. The fresh air clears my head and I sleep better at night.

You do not need anything more than a good pair of walking shoes. There's no excuses for not getting out the front door and taking a walk. Anyone can do it and you'll feel great.

 3. Take a nap. I take a power nap every afternoon for about 30 minutes and I am really refreshed and ready to work for a couple of hours more.

This may or may not be something you can do depending on your schedule. You certainly should be getting six to seven hours of uninterrupted quality sleep every night.

However, if your schedule allows a quick power nap it will really refresh you and keep you motivated for the rest of your day.

Getting enough rest and exercise is something we should all do anyway.

The daily to do list keeps you focused, and in the accomplishment state of mind, which is great for staying positive. You will make more money online if you do!
