- This waiting list was scheduled to open some time in November 2015, but was pushed back to a later date.
To apply, complete the online pre-application here. The pre-application is available in 12 languages. Computers, tablets and mobile phones may be used to access the pre-application, but not all operating systems are supported.
Applicants who require reasonable accommodation to complete the application must contact the HPHA before August 18, 2016.
The following documentation is required when submitting the pre-application: Name, date of birth, Social Security Number, yearly gross income of all members of the household.
Applicants will receive a confirmation number after submitting the pre-application. Keep this number in a safe, easy to access place.
Applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the pre-application is received. Persons placed on the waiting list will receive notice if they were placed on the waiting list about 30 days after the waiting list closes.
Important note: Applicants who have been placed on the waiting list must inform the housing authority immediately if your application information changes (such as contact information, income, and household members). In the case that the office sends a notice that does not get returned, or if application information is out of date, your name may be terminated from the waiting list.
