Improve your self-esteem and confidence. And do it now. Achieve it by following these simple steps.
Read: Awaken the Giant Within : How to Take Immediate Control of Your Mental, Emotional, Physical and Financial Destiny!
1. Don't let your fears overpower you. Face your fears. Fears are not as bad as you think they are. You will definitely boost your confidence if you effectively face your fears and eventually conquer them.
2. Learn from your mistakes. It is okay to fail. Just make sure you learn the lessons from these mistakes. Then, you won't make the same ones anymore. Learning from your mistakes will also make you wiser and stronger when you face future challenges.
3. Assert yourself. Know what you want and work up the ways to get it. You can make your dreams come true. Do what it takes to reach your goals and materialize your dreams.
4. Reward yourself. You need to approve of yourself because if you don't accept yourself, no one else will. Find ways to reward yourself when you achieve desired accomplishments.
5. Ask and know. If there is anything that you feel uncomfortable with, ask yourself why. Then deal with it. Do what it takes to rid yourself of that discomfort that you feel. Only then will real confidence show.
6. Do not allow yourself to fail. Failure happens when you let yourself be defeated. If you continue standing every time disappointment happens, you are not beaten yet. But if you stop fighting, that's where it ends. You won't get the confidence and the self-esteem you need if you stop the fight and fail to prove to yourself that you can do it.
7. Get help. There are a lot of good materials and people that can help in increasing your confidence. You can even get the help of a professional. Either way, if nothing seems to go right, there are other ways designed to aid you.
These are very simple things you can do to improve your self-esteem and confidence. These are good, effective tips. Follow these and you will see how you can boost your confidence up to the maximum level possible.

Diet Plans And Menus - The Fit For Life Diet
The Fit For Life Diet was created by Doctor Harvey Diamond and is based on the principles of natural hygiene. About half of your food intake comes from raw fruits and vegetables. The theory is that raw foods contain unaltered enzymes, which are destroyed by heat during cooking. Giving a place of privilege to raw foods provides your body with extra energy from proteins and carbohydrates. Here are some of the principles.
Eat at least as much raw food as cooked food. Eat a lot of fruit. According to Doctor Diamond fruits are the most indispensable part of our diet. They contain fiber, are rich in glucides or fructose, and provide energy. Furthermore, they constitute the only foodstuffs that need not be digested by the stomach. Eat only fruit (or drink freshly prepared fruit juice) for breakfast. They help the body eliminate waste, a morning activity. Don't eat too much. Give your body enough time to digest food. For example, wait half an hour after eating fruit, 90 minutes after salad, and three hours after cooked food. Drink your fruit juice slowly and don't eat anything after seven o'clock, anything except fruit. It's better not to drink coffee but if you must, eat a piece of fruit 15 minutes before your coffee. Don't mix starches and protein in the same meal. One day a week you eat only raw food. Reduce your consumption of dairy products.
An advantage of the Fit For Life Diet is its ease to follow. But it is quite strict; you may be hungry. Fruits simply cannot keep you full for a long time. If you don't have enough dairy products your system may lack zinc, calcium, vitamin B12 and vitamin D.
Here are two sample menus: Menu 1 Breakfast: A glass of water. An apple. Two kiwis. Mid-morning snack: An orange. Lunch: Grated carrots. Pasta with butter. Zucchini. Mushrooms. Supper: Tomato juice. Green salad containing tomatoes and asparagus. Mixed vegetables.
Menu 2 Breakfast: A glass of water. Home made fruit salad. Mid-morning snack: A few pineapple slices. Lunch: Potato salad with onions, parsley, and mayonnaise. Supper: Green salad. Spaghetti with tomato sauce.
Some information in this article comes from a fascinating new book, La Bible des Regimes, written by Jenny de Jonquieres and published by Amerik Media. Her book describes over 80 diets and weight reduction programs. Each diet is presented with 5 menu plans, a detailed discussion of its advantages and disadvantages, and lots more. La Bible des Regimes is available only in French at present.
Levi Reiss authored or co-authored ten computer and Internet books, but would rather drink fine French, German, or other wine, paired with the right foods. He loves teaching computer classes at an Ontario French-language community college. Take A Step Back
Take a step back from your everyday life, ask yourself the questions to find the answers that you seek. Have you encountered new challenges, a break up in your relationship, laidoff from your job or just overwhelm by your job, your children out of control. What do you do to handle these situations without loosing your mind, your composure or your positivity? Well, first you say a prayer asking for strength and direction, then you take a step back. Examine each challenge individually the answers are always right in front of you if you just take a step back and focus on the big picture, not the minor detail. Ask yourself were you truly happy in the relationship or were you just comfortable, afraid to be alone or because you invested so much time, did you still like the person you say you loved? Were you happy at your job or were you just afraid to start over, do something new or is it the bills that you acquired while living beyond your paycheck? Why is your child acting out, then look at your own childhood behaviors (something some parents tend to forget) most children act out for a cry for help or attention, so ask yourself how can I help? If your overwhelmed is it from lack of sleep (too much overtime, partying etc.) or maybe you need to be more organized or to get organized to manage your life. The end of any situation is like a grieving process, you feel a sense of loss but as time marches on you may find the somethings that end are for the best, just don't keep yourself stuck in that time as time goes on. Avoid drama, drugs and alcohol they only add to the problem. Every question has an answer and every problem has a solution so take a step back and look for your solutions.

Lessons from Success
Until definite goals and a definite purpose are define the unending circle of failure will continue to block success. In order for you to find success you have to find or seek your niche in life. Unless you choose a definite purpose your thoughts and energies will be scattered over different subjects and directions that will lead to no where. For example if you use a glass you can focus the sun-rays focused on one spot it will burn but if you remove the glass and the same rays of sun will shine on the same place forever and will never burn it. Establishing a team of allies is one of the most important aspects of the foundation of success. Here is a story I read that gives a great example of this principle, a man with no legs met a man who was blind they formed an alliance that benefited them both greatly. The man said to the blind man let me climb on your back, you will be my legs and I will be your eyes. Between the two of us we will get along more rapidly. Out of a team effort comes greater success. This point is worth repeating. Developing a habit of focus and working on your definite purpose are essential to success. One leads to the other. Some notable examples are: Warren Buffet concentrated his mind on stocks and investing and became one of the richest men in America. Bill Gates concentrated his mind on his software company that he started in his basement and now is the richest man in the world. President Barack Obama concentrated his mind on being president and now he is the 44th President of the United States and made history as the first African-American President. All who are successful have definite, outstanding aim as the object of their work. Search for that one particular endeavor, make it the object of your focus, organize your resources and go after it with a vengance like you are unbeatable. In your search for the best work that is best for you keep in mind that you will find the greatest success if you find an endeavor that you can put your whole heart and soul. Keep your thought or idea in your focus, let it dominate your concious and subconcious until you are forced to action and lead to ultimate success.

The Enemy Within
Win the battle and the war, conquer your fears with faith. Fear is a thief that steals your life away. It is an unseen enemy that takes control of your life imprisons your mind and paralyzes your body. This enemy spreads like a plague, that can be passed down through generations, and taught through social heredity. It can be eliminated, you have the ability to erase it from your mind, wipe it out of your heart, and remove it from your life. By using the strength of your faith, the power of your thoughts and words. Identify the fears that have a grip on your life, keeping you from your greatness. Write down your fears or worries, you identify them, prioritize them from the most detrimental to the simpliest one. Seeing them will help you fight them when they rear their ugly heads. When you fear it you manifest it to be true, instead of fearing poverty or saying that you have nothing focus on what you do have, set goals and work on how to build on it. Maybe your fear is of getting old or dying. If so, live each day to the fullest, don't wallow in regret of the past, be thankful for the time you are blessed with and make the most of it. Death is not the end it is the beginning of a life without sin and unhappiness. Know that with true faith in God you can do anything, it is not fear that stands in your way it is you who stands in your way. Fear and ignorance are twin sisters both seducing you into failure. Failure is not something to fear, it is a tool to be used for learning, each new obstacle is a test of your commitment and determination. Use each failure as a stepping stone to greater things to come. Feed and nuture the positive in your life so it may grow and flourish. Ignore and starve the negative in your life until you kill it like an exterminator. All experiences are lessons learned. Have the curiosity and courage of a child. Life is a stage, each day is a new performance and some are a repeat performance of the very first acts in life. As babies we are cared for and taught by loved ones, although some things are by nature process of development. Say for instance a baby lifting its head up when they are only a few weeks old. The walking process is one to remember and repeated throughout life. This you see is one of the most valuable, first is learning to stand, then you take that most important first then you fall, now some babies get right back up and try again, when others may sit and contemplate their next move and others may cry and not try again for awhile. No matter which type of baby you are, they eventually learned to walk, as in life some learn faster than others. When you look at this you note that this process is repeated throughout your life. Go back to the beginning and take note remember or ask your parents how did you handle obstacles as a baby. As babies take the next step so should you, take a lesson from them, have the faith and courage to overcome your fears and take your next step.

Sex, Relationships, Success?
It has been said that the most powerful and successful people of the world are also highly sexed natures. That sex is one of the most effective stimuli to recharge the mind, providing that the contact of the man and woman is genuine through mutual feelings for one another. It is often said that a woman can either make or break a man and throughout history the most successful and powerful men have had intelligent supportive women on their side. It is a know fact that a healthy relationship, healthy sex life and a healthy state of mind all contributes to great success. Do you agree? If not why? Can you become successful without healthy relationships, can you do it alone? Is sex helping to recharge your brain or is it keeping you from focusing on what you need to do. In each relationship whether it is with a spouse the chemistry between you must be in harmony for relationship to withstand the ups and downs. It is when one partner no longer believes or wants the same things the relationship ends. We each know when the change happens but some try to change the other or themselves to compensate for the change. To be successful in anything you do, it is said, you first must be mentally healthy and that you must be united in your desires. You can not be mentally healthy if you are constantly surrounding yourself with negative influences or maintain a healthy relationship when you each want different things. The enemies you must overcome are ignorance, illiteracy and poverty. You can not help or fix someone else until you first help or fix yourself. If you truly want success and all that comes with it, you must first become mentally, physically and financially healthy. You can not do this if you have negative partners, friends, family or environments blocking your view of the road to success. No matter what you must possess the tact, patience, persistence, self-confidence and knowledge of self with the ability to adapt inorder to become successful.
