Checking In With Yourself

You are great at asking other people how they are. Whether it's your friends, coworkers, neighbors, or family, you ask, "How are you," without a problem, but you never ask, "How are you doing," to the one person who needs it the most...yourself.

You go through your days, weeks, and months and never even think about asking yourself how you are doing. The same thing happens when you're taking care of everyone else and forget to take care of yourself. When you don't check in with yourself on a regular basis so much can go wrong.

What does checking in with yourself mean? Make sure you are okay. Mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually find out where you are. Is everything aligned? Are you off balance somewhere? Where are you out of sync? How do you feel about your life? Your work? Your future? Money? Time? Dating? Where do you see yourself in a year or in five years?

If you're not finding out how you are doing, it's very easy to be driven by emotions and not rationale. When you make emotional decisions, often times they are on a whim, not thought out, and not going to yield the best outcome for you or your family. When you're not finding out how you are doing, you might have a meltdown or breakdown and not even really know why. You're not alone, but it doesn't have to be like that.

It's imperative that you check in with yourself daily. Before you go to bed, sit down and ask yourself how you feel about the day. What happened? What didn't happen? Where are you in it? How do you feel and think about it? How will you act, react, or behave about it?

Aligning yourself daily allows you to know your next course of action. What needs to be done, accomplished, or achieved? Where do you stand relative to where you want to be? Who can help you? Being able to ask yourself where you are and where you stand allows you to insight into yourself so you can succeed, because you'll be in tune with who you are and what you want. It will provide amazing clarity into yourself, your career, your family, and your future.

If something is foggy, you will not only see it better, you will feel it. You will get the answers you seek, the knowledge to go further, and ability to serve others. You will be a better version of yourself. So before you ask someone else how she is, ask yourself how you are....every single day. Then watch the magic transpire, when you start realizing what you're capable of.

Are You Stuck In A Rut Like The Rest Of The Human Race?

Ever get those momentary twinges of the here-we-go-again reminding you your life is in a rut? The whole of humanity is stuck in a rut. Yes, humanity has been stuck for generations.

Reality's holographic nature demonstrates that if we are individually intrinsically stuck, reflecting the microcosm, then this will in turn reflect the bigger picture, the macrocosm, how we are stuck in our ways on the group planetary population level...

It's not just about the changes needed to take us out of this long withstanding rut. The human race needs to wake up to the profound realization that there's a planetary crisis and engage in making the necessary changes needed for our survival: Let's talk about thriving at a later date!  How do we go beyond this apparently endless hopeless state we've been in as a race for so many generations and triumphantly move on?

Could the answer lie in what keeps us stuck?

Like that caged pet hamster we've been running inside the wheel going nowhere fast for far too long. We're stuck on just about everything under the sun! We only need to avert ourselves of our blind spots and look at the big picture to find this out. Here's a list of some of those things we as a race have been deceptively stuck on over the centuries.

Money and Religion

I have put money and religion together since in many ways they go hand in hand. The invention of the monetary system by the ruling elite has served to enslave the human race on the physical level. While the other mind control programme religion enslaves us on the spiritual.

Money

Money as an enslavement is more so now than ever when considering the extent of the banks' debt-based monetary system. So, essentially you have a planet full of people made up of poverty, debt, wage and consumerism tail-chasing slaves...

Religion

Originally, humans wanted to find ways in which to address what they didn't understand; spirituality and their relationship with the spiritual and God. Then came along the shamans, prophets and priests acting as spiritual guides... However, certain people in high places soon realized that religions could be used as a mind controlling tool to enslave the masses for power, profit and political gain.  Religion, because of its mind controlling has become potentially very dangerous. -Atheism, the antithesis of religious fundamentalism can also be described as a by-product of religious mind control. Atheists don't realize they too have been manipulated: Atheism is the 'no religion' religion.

Education

Millions of dollars had been poured into education by the world's ruling elite with their organizations such as the Carnegie Foundation and Rockefeller Institute. The purpose? To produce a system that basically serves to indoctrinate the masses from the beginning in infants' schools then right through to the end at Universities.  With its carefully selected curriculum, after someone completes their education they would have been programmed and brainwashed, many up to their eyeballs, ready for the next stage, to fit into the prepared boxes; into jobs to serve the corporations...

This is why organizations such as Carnegie and Rockefeller put in the time, effort and money in the first place, to get the masses to fit passively into those boxes and work for their corporations.

Anyone who sees outside the box, seeing the far greater humanitarian alternative that undercuts the corporation's greed-driven businesses is suppressed, ignored, ridiculed or even destroyed by the ruling elite's agents. -Another reason why we've ended up with the same old same old...

The education system has stopped people from real critical thinking. There's a serious need to challenge the authorities while not readily accepting the consensus of the masses view. In short, question everything.

Media

Like the education system the mass media is another form of social engineering, serving to inculcate economic, socially acceptable, moral and ethical values. Essentially, the entire mass media is now in the hands of only 5 major corporations in the USA! All these conglomerates can be linked to the controlling political, economic ruling elites.  By concentrating the ownership into the hands of just a few, that allows the ruling elite to not only more easily control the desired social engineering but also influence public consensus through their media. You have mass media biased coverage in politics, economic, academia, science and technology... as a means for the ruling elite's own ends.  This results in the masses following media that has little in the way of anything that significantly contributes to human growth.

Science and Technology

For centuries and even today science still holds the view that reality can be explained entirely in terms of materialism, while consciousness is nothing more than an illusory by-product of our brains.  More so now than ever, this ridged and dogmatic purposeless, Godless materialistic view has been widely criticized. Many critics say that it is holding science back: That a broader paradigm approach to science beyond the confines of materialism would lead to greater benefits for humankind. This conservative materialistic belief has allowed corporations with governments and academic institutions on their behalf to exploit. Thus scientists have been manipulated into using a narrow paradigm approach for corporate profit.

My vision is to see that science will break away from its imprisonment and then give rise to those greater benefits for humankind. As with science, technology has not been fully allowed to develop for the same reasons. We know that over the years technology may change radically and for the better. However, some technologies stay the same because the corporations will not allow any changes that would undercut their big businesses.

No matter how much more beneficial to humankind, the related corporations with governments, academic institutions and mass media acting on their behalf will conspire to ignore, quash or even unjustly ridicule pioneers with their new alternative cheaper technology. Take for instance the case of the motor car. Invented well over a hundred years ago the Model T Ford is basically the same in principle as the motor car of today. Nothing much has changed here because big oil who ultimately controls the industry won't allow less polluting cheaper alternative cars to dominate the market.  There are many other examples where this happens. Take the case of cheaper natural non-toxic cancer therapies.

Politics

The major political parties, those that stand any chance of getting elected into office are all funded and backed by the world's ruling elite. Thus the elections are only 2 or 3 horse races because the ruling elite who've made it this way can make sure whoever wins they would have backed.  So those in office will be there ultimately not to serve we-the-people but the wishes of their lords and masters the ruling elite and their new world order agenda. Electing any of the major political parties is therefore not only choosing a going nowhere scenario but a vote for slavery.  The solution would be to start supporting independent candidates that have no ties to the ruling elite and have a genuine want to contribute to humanity.

Overall

Such is nature that things don't just go in circles. They either go in upward or downward spirals. If we're to free ourselves of this downward spiral rut then we need to educate ourselves and others on how the interests of just a few elite individuals are playing us for their own gain. Say no to playing their game is the answer in mind, body and spirit. As for you personally, if you're stuck in a rut then don't complain if you're not doing anything about it.

How is Your Relationship With Money?

MONEY, MONEY, MONEY...Now this is an interesting topic. Money is a medium of exchange. Money is always flowing from one person to the next. Just like your breath, money flows in and money flows out, constantly. Money is a necessity.

So you ask, "If money is a medium of exchange, what is changing hands?" Money is measured in terms of value. One is receiving a certain item, or service, or good in exchange for payment for that certain item or service or good. You are giving up your payment in the form of money and receiving a certain item or good or service in exchange.

The payment itself, the actual money or coin or paper (whether its dollars, euros, etc.) has no value at all. But when that money is given in exchange for a particular item or service, the value or cost becomes established.

Did you know that how you look at money, or how you view money, affects how much money you have? And it affects at what rate, or how fast or slow you accumulate it...

For example, when money is viewed negatively, such as, "Money is the root of all evil", or "Money doesn't grow on trees", then this negative view of money will usually have a detrimental effect on your accumulation of it...

However, if you have a positive view of money, then generally you will have a tendency to accumulate lots of it.

For example, do you view money as something healthy? Something you can use to benefit others? If this is your view, you will be a good service provider. In other words, if you are the seller or provider of goods or services, you usually will provide great value on that good or service.

Great providers of value will accumulate lots of money.

Money as a medium of exchange is determined by the value placed on the item or service being purchased. In short, everyone is looking to spend money because it takes money to survive. But what everyone is really looking for is getting the most VALUE for your money.

When was the last time you were at a restaurant, took a look at the menu and said, "I'm not paying that for that?"....Well, you just placed a value on that item. You are not willing to part with your hard-earned money for the value received.

A different perspective is placed on the value when an item or service or good is recommended by others. Before you even sample the item or service you already have an increased value in your mind. You are thinking that "If its good enough for Joe, then its good enough for me" or something like that.

Did you also know that your relationship with money, or your view towards money can be programmed into your subconscious mind? In order to attract more money you will have to change your views toward money.

Understanding What Drives You to Succeed

The first step in achieving anything you want is deciding what you want in the first place.

Do you want material gains or personal satisfaction? Is your deep desire to positively impact others or to make a certain amount of money?

My belief is that if you are using your gifts and doing what you love, the money will follow.

Often times, the problem people have is an understanding of what they really want in the first place. They go after the results instead of their real passion.

It is easy to get caught up in material wants but if your inner motivation is not driven by material things then it is unlikely that you will have the drive to take the steps necessary to get those things.

On the other hand, if your inner motivation is driven by material things then it will be easy for you to really see yourself having those things you want. The key to success is to really be able to see and feel yourself where you want to be.

Let me share an example. Money has never been my motivation.

My motivation has always come from learning new skills, influencing others, and achieving higher levels of responsibility. When I set goals that are specific to money or material things I can never quite fully feel it on the inside. If I put down that I want to make a certain amount of money each month and I don't have something bigger driving it, it just doesn't work for me.

Although, there was one time in my life where I set specific money goals and did reach them.  I had an extreme desire to keep my children in our home and not be financially dependent on others. In order to make that happen I had to make a certain amount of money. I set some goals and had a plan so that in five years I would be financially independent. I met my goal within two years. And even though the goal was to make a certain amount of money, my real motivation was about independence.

My encouragement for you is to examine what your real motives are.

Start by creating a vision board around what you really desire. You will know when you are on to it because it is something you can feel deep down inside. The rest will fall into place when you are operating from your real desires. My real drive comes from making a difference in the world and my big vision is to do that by sharing information.

There are many, many small steps that have to happen in order for me to fully realize that big vision and I am doing the work to make the necessary progress to move me from where I am to where I want to be. Are you? Remember, you can achieve whatever you believe as long as you are willing to work for it!

How To Set Aside $5 Every Day

The fact that many Americans have almost given up on saving money is very alarming. Rising food and fuel costs combined with a tight labor market may add to this trend. But could we all try a little harder to save money?

See how saving a very small amount can help.

Could you save a dollar a day? Could you save $5 a day? Most of us really do waste a few dollars each day by purchasing things that we do not need.

Even if we need these things, there might be much cheaper ways to purchase some items.. You may be thinking that your budget is already very tight and there is no way that you are wasting any money. But a lot of us could be more frugal.

Do you stop for a coffee each day at one of those fancy coffee shops? There is even a new phrase for this called the latte factor. Let's say that you spend five dollars a day on coffee plus a tip or coffee plus a fancy cookie. I am certainly not trying to take away your coffee and cookies. We all deserve a treat.

But consider this. Let us say that you do spend five dollars every day on this treat. instead you could put the five dollars into an account that earns two percent interest for 5 years. You could have over nine thousand dollars at the end of this time if you simply saved that money. But of course you may be asking how you get your coffee and cookie!

You could brew your own coffee at home for pennies. Invest in a nice cup with a lid that you can take with you on the road. You can also bake a very large batch of cookies one every few weeks. You can do that for pennies as well.

If you do not want to make your own coffee and cookies, you can still probably find less expensive places to purchase these snacks in advance. If you take these things to work, maybe you could even set up a pool with coworkers so everybody takes turns bringing coffee and cookies. I bet you will still save some money!

I just used coffee and cookies as an example.

This applies to other things that may even get more expensive and out of hand. Sometimes I get busy and fail to plan for shopping trips. That is when I make mistakes. When I fail to plan, I find I have to stop at the convenience store a couple of times every week. The prices are much higher at the little shop than they are at the large market. So I find myself paying a convenience tax.

When I take the time to plan my shopping, I guy almost everything I need at the right store where things are lower priced.

Groceries might come from the market or big box store. Personal items might come from the discounts store. But the convenience store should be a last resort.

Cutting out some obvious waste could help you save more money. Why don't you see how much you might save?

We all have money worries from time to time irrespective of how much we earn or how little we earn. Everything is relative when it comes to money problems no matter who you are where you have come from. The key to financial problems is to act quickly and not let your debts spiral out of control. The tips below will help you develop a plan for the New Year ahead and financial freedom.

The first issue to consider when your debt get on top of you is to face the reality and work out the size of the problem. We often know where the problem lies whether it is with our overspent credit cards, our increasing bank overdraft or the large personal loan we recently acquired. No matter what the reason for your money problems you need to find a solution now. Start by going through your bank and credit card statements and any bills to find out how much you owe.

1. Draw up a list of money that you have coming in and the money you have going out each month. Make another list of the amount you owe each of your creditors for your credit cards, loans, and bank account.

2. You should now have a true reflection of the state of your finances and you can start setting yourself a realistic budget for the months and year ahead. Do not decide on a budget that you know will not work as this will certainly lead you to failure. A debt problem tackled early is a debt problem solved.

Remember Price Comparison sites are biased to the companies that they recommend as they are paid for their recommendations. This site really pays!

6. Increase your chances of getting a low-interest rate deals for your mortgage or a loan by improving your credit rating. lenders use the information from our credit report to access the interest rate that they offer you. Lenders base their lending interest rates on how risky they feel lending you money will be.

7. Never miss, skip or delay a monthly payment to a finance lenders - the evidence stays on your credit file for three years and gives lenders the impression that you are unreliable. If you are having trouble finding the money, then always talk to your finance lender as soon as possible and see if you can negotiate terms you can afford.
